Compassionate Aged Care provides caring and compassionate  care and support  to the elderly and persons with disability tailored to your unique needs.We work with you to optimise your health, independence , wellbeing and quality of life.  We provide culturally safe clinical care  personal care ,household tasks and support you in  medication administration, as per your individual requirements  promoting health and well-being.  We deliver these care in your home as well as in SIL.

We also support you  in getting Social & Community Access, Our support workers  facilitate  social interaction and participation in community activities of your choice. We can support you in behaviour implementation support and support your children in Early childhood supports. as well with our dedicated team of OT as well. We are approved for SIL, Therapeutic support, household and personal care and other core category , support under Module 1, Module 2, Module 2a , Module 3 and Module 5 categories as well.

DEVELOPMENT OF DAILY LIVING

We give you a supporting hand and participate with you  to help you  do your ADLs and  develop skills for everyday life by doing with you , rather than for you, as much as possible in say cooking, cleaning,  and personal hygiene etc. These skills will optimise your sense of wellbeing.

We provide support and  assist with personal activities to help you with daily tasks and improve your quality of life. Our support  workers assist with activities such as bathing, hygiene,  dressing, grooming, and toileting. We also provide Implementing Behaviour Support Planning and Early Childhood Supports . Our OT wil work with you ( the parents for your child’s best development as your needs and preferences and will work with educators. Our behaviour implementation staffs will be trained by the BSP practitioner.

We have a RN and we provide Community Nursing Care to support your health needs at your home or in SIL environment.We offer a variety of medical services, e.g  wound and complex wound management, SC injections. care, dysphagia management, and nursing. assessments.

We understand the importance of developing  life skills for your independence and confidence. e. These skills help you live on your own and take care of yourself better.  We’ll help  support you in the ADLs until you feel confident doing them on your own.
