Our team consists of an RN, an OT, a Chartered Accountant, an experienced administrator CEO and an experienced compliance officer in both NDIS Practice Standards and Aged Care Quality Standards. We believe in delivering you the support by meeting the NDIS Charter of Rights and we are committed to the Code of Conduct.
Our workers are skilled , including with NDIS Skill descriptors where required, appropriately trained and have valid NDIS WC and WWCC clearance. We respect all your human rights and all rights specified by the Commission in its modules including in the core module. Please ask us for our Welcome Pack and specific policies for our incident prevention and management, complaints, on privacy, complaint resolutions etc and we will send it to you.
